1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iChinaVisa.com (the "Website") and the services provided by iChinaVisa ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
iChinaVisa provides visa application preparation and document review services for US citizens applying for China visas. Our services include consulate application form preparation, document review against current consulate requirements, appointment scheduling assistance, and customer support. We are a private visa service company. We are not affiliated with the Chinese government, the Chinese Embassy, or any Chinese Consulate.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information; (b) submit valid government-issued identification; (c) appear in person at the consulate if required; (d) not use our service for any unlawful purpose. Providing false information may result in visa denial or legal consequences.
4. Fees & Payment
Service fees: Standard $399 (4-5 business days), Expedited $479 (2-3 business days), VIP $599 (1-2 business days). A separate government filing fee ($140 standard, $165 expedited/VIP) is paid separately. All payments are processed via Stripe.
5. Refund Policy
VIP Full Service: Full refund of service fee if the Chinese Consulate officially rejects your application (excluding false info, criminal record, or personal ineligibility). Standard/Expedited: Non-refundable once document preparation begins. Government fees are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
iChinaVisa acts solely as a document preparation and review service. Final visa approval decisions are made exclusively by the Chinese Consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
